WHAT IS YOUR CHALLENGE AS TECHNOLOGIST HUMAN TALENT MANAGEMENT.
My challenge is to ensure, manage and implement projects that promote both the company and the welfare of workers within the organization, make changes to procedures at any given time are not running as the law says and prevent potential problems or issues either by the employee or by the employer, innovate new things for the continuous improvement of the company and its members.

With the changes that have had the economy in Colombia all companies have realized that the basic tool for an organization to be productive is your area of human talent because they are innovation, there labor relations are handled, strengthening organizational culture and promote a good working environment are those that seek to ensure that everything is in place and in the best way possible, both in Colombia this area of human talent has been well bid for the same need that requires all companies to become more competitive in their production, quality, and services.
